It just so happens that Taylor Swift and Hailee Steinfeld — two celebrities who have nothing to do with the NFL — know each other.
And coincidentally, Ms. Swift and Ms. Steinfeld share similar fashion tastes.
Swift is of course the pop icon girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, and she was there last week as the Chiefs beat Houston to improve to 14-1 on the season.
During the game at Arrowhead Stadium, Taylor turned heads with a long red coat; according to Athlon, it was a “$512 Charlotte Simone red Afghan Lulu coat.””
Two days later, on Monday, the Buffalo Bills hosted a team Christmas party, and Hailee — the fiancee of Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen — was of course there.
And what is she wearing?
The red jacket looks very similar to the one Swift wore.
Great fashion minds think alike, right?
The Bills are 12-3 on the season and are chasing the Chiefs for the all-important No. 1 seed in the AFC Playoffs, part of the road to the Super Bowl. That’s a long shot for the Bills, though, as the Chiefs would have to collapse in the run-up to make up ground.
We’ll find out more about the standings on Christmas Day when the Patrick Mahomes-led Chiefs take on the Steelers in Week 17, where a win would mean they’d officially clinch the No. 1 seed.
The Bills’ party was hosted by Alexis Jones, wife of Bills defensive end DaQuan Jones, and Alexandra Knox, wife of offensive tight end Dawson Knox. And Oscar-nominated Steinfeld was at the center of the gathering, just like Swift was at the game a few days earlier.
In fact, Hailee and Swift actually know each other because Steinfeld appeared in the 14-time Grammy winner’s star-studded 2015 music video for “Bad Blood.”
