The Unbelievable Airs tour has finally come to an end.
Travis Kelce understands Jason Kelce ‘s game very well.
That’s why the Kansas City Chiefs linebacker wasn’t fazed by his brother’s recent mention of girlfriend Taylor Swift .
On the duo’s December 24 episode of the New Heights podcast, Jason informed listeners about the discount code featuring the number 13, a favorite number of Taylor, who was born on December 13.
“I wonder what 13 is for?” Jason asked cheekily. “Maybe because it’s my favorite number, right?”
Without hesitation, Travis replied, “Yeah. Or maybe it was just Friday the 13th a few weeks ago.”
Indeed, nearly two weeks ago, December 13, Taylor’s 35th birthday , fell on a Friday.
But Jason also offered another possible theory, reminding Travis, “I’m the 13th man in hockey.”
This hilarious podcast exchange between the brothers comes shortly after Travis praised the Grammy-winning singer for completing her historic Eras Tour .
“Thank you Tay,” he said on the December 11 episode of New Heights . “The incredible Eras tour is finally over.”
“Over 10 million people were in the stands during the event, cumulatively,” Travis added. “It was crazy.”
And Taylor has been a regular supporter of Travis. Just days ago, she cheered him on as the Chiefs beat the Houston Texans on December 21.
As the NFL player season continues, we can expect the singer of the song “Cruel Summer” to make more game day appearances .
“I’ll see him do what he likes, we’ll show up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” she told Time in December 2023. “The opposite is you have to work really hard to make sure no one knows you’re dating someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
And no, she doesn’t care about the attention her attendance might bring.
“There’s a camera, like a half mile away, and you don’t know where it is, and you don’t know when the camera is going to put you on the air, so I didn’t know if I was on 17 times or one time,” she explained. “I was just there to support Travis. I didn’t know if I was on too much and made some of the dads, Brad and Chad, angry.”
