Kate Middleton is enjoying the finer things in life now that she is no longer receiving cancer treatment, and she has been enjoying a shopping trip in Notting Hill.
January can be a very dull time for everyone as they wait for the long-awaited paycheck to come in, but Middleton is splashing the cash in one of London’s most expensive areas as she gets back to her normal life.
The Princess of Wales was spotted on her solo shopping trip where she went for some new glasses at Finlay and Co opticians. She was wearing a long coat and a bag that is worth £850.
The solo shopping trip came whilst Prince William was away in Monaco cheering on Aston Villa in the Champions League. Unfortunately for the prince, Villa fell to a 1-0 defeat and are still battling to see if they can avoid a playoff to stay in the prestigious tournament.
Having gone into remission, Kate Middleton has been getting back to her normal life and recently enjoyed a skiing trip with William and the children in the Alps.
A figure close to the British Royal Family recently speculated that Middleton must have felt lonely in her battle with cancer as the 43-year-old Princess of Wales had to privately undergo chemotherapy.
The mother-of-three received her diagnosis of the disease in January 2024 and spent the following nine months trying to stave it off, before finally announcing she completed her chemo in September.
“Going through the back door unseen while going through the treatment must have been pretty lonely,” the source told PEOPLE. “When you see these other people when they’re having their chemotherapy, they were doing it as a group, with a support mechanism.”
