Angelina Jolie’s son Knox Jolie-Pitt walked his first red carpet in three years Sunday.
The “Maleficent” star brought the 16-year-old as her plus-one to the 2024 Governors Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
Jolie and her youngest son sweetly locked arms and smiled while posing together for photographers.

8 The “Girl, Interrupted” star, 49, wore a vintage gold and cream mohair gown ($1,098) from the Kit Vintage store in Los Angeles.
She accessorized with brown platform heels, a statement diamond necklace and bejeweled earrings, styling her hair in a loose half-up, half-down look.
Knox also dressed up for the big night out, sporting a classic all-black tuxedo with a white button-up shirt, a black bow tie and black shoes.

8 A source tells Page Six Knox decided on his own to attend the event, wanting to support his mom.
“Angelina felt so proud having Knox by her side,” the insider explains. “He typically prefers to stay out of the spotlight and Angelina respects that decision but he asked if he could join her and of course she was thrilled that he wanted to be there. […] She couldn’t be more proud of him and they had a really memorable evening together.”
The mother-son duo attended the annual event, which honors people in film with lifetime achievement and humanitarian awards, alongside several other A-list celebrities.
Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore, Zoe Saldana, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Kate Winslet were among the other stars present for the big night.
Jolie and Knox’s outing marked the first time in three years that they have made a red carpet appearance together.

8 The teen last publicly supported his mom at the London premiere of her Marvel film “Eternals” in October 2021 along with his siblings Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne, the latter of whom is his twin sister.
However, Jolie and Knox were seen together as recently as July when paparazzi caught them at a pet shop in LA.
The “Changeling” star recently shared that her and her ex-husband Brad Pitt’s six children do not have any interest in following in their parents’ footsteps by becoming actors.
