Kate Middleton and Prince William are showing a royally sweet glimpse at their love.
The Prince and Princess of Wales put their affection on display for the world to see in honor of Valentine’s Day. In the picture—captured at their home in Anmer Hall by Will Warr—William leans in and kisses Kate on the check as she smiles and holds his hand.
Keeping the caption for the Feb. 14 social media post simple, the couple—who are parents of George, 11, Charlotte, 9, and Louis, 6—simply marked the occasion with a red heart emoji.
Royal watchers got a first look at the sweet images in September during a video message where Kate announced that she completed chemotherapy, after sharing her cancer diagnosis earlier that year. Shots from the video, including pics with the kids, appeared once more on the family’s 2024 Christmas card, and the couple have used one as their profile picture across social media.

In recent months, William and Kate—who got married in 2011—have ramped up the public displays of affection on social media. In January, William penned a romantic tribute to Kate in honor of her 43rd birthday.
“To the most incredible wife and mother,” the 42-year-old wrote alongside a photo of her shared to the couple’s official social media platforms on Jan. 9. “The strength you’ve shown over the last year has been remarkable. George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you. Happy Birthday, Catherine. We love you. W.”
For her part, Kate praised William with a sweet note of her own in honor of his birthday last June, writing alongside a photo of William and their three children, “Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx.”
And William has also been candid about the struggles the royal family faced amid Kate and his dad King Charles III’s respective battles with cancer. While admitting the roll their health journeys took, William celebrated Kate’s resilience.
“I’m so proud of my wife, I’m proud of my father, for handling the things that they have done,” he told reporters in Cape Town, South Africa, in November. “From a personal family point of view, it’s been, yeah, it’s been brutal.”
