According to insiders, Kate’s alma mater, Marlborough, will likely be the school of choice for all three of her children.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, a source from the prestigious Wiltshire school, which charges £59,000 [$73,000] annually, revealed that discussions have progressed to planning where Prince George, 11, will reside when he becomes the first to enroll.

Marlborough College, which is set on 286 acres, offers six boys’ houses, six girls’ houses, and four co-ed houses on the campus and in the nearby town.

According to sources, George will likely be placed in C1 House, an all-boys residence in the College Court. It is being considered due to its proximity to the main school buildings and enhanced security.

A source further noted that the Prince and Princess of Wales have been deliberating on George’s future school in recent weeks.

The insider shared, “Parents have been talking about nothing else and discussions have really ramped up in recent weeks but security is obviously a massive consideration. Prince George will have to be housed in an ‘in house’ – these are the houses that are around the main quad of the school.”

They added, “The ‘out houses’ are scattered down the Bath Road, and these present more of a security risk as they are just big houses on their own and involve a lot more walking around, which is the downside of Marlborough.”

Last month, George joined his father, Prince William, for his first appearance in a festive football match, delighting onlookers at the annual pre-Christmas game.

The match, a long-standing tradition between Sandringham estate workers and local villagers, saw William and George on the same team.

During the event, William sported a blue jersey with the number 18, while George impressed spectators with his energy and enthusiasm on the field.

“It just looked like healthy father-and-son bonding time,” an insider told The Sun. “There were other children playing and it was all good fun and light-hearted. It is nice that they have returned to take part in the traditional game as they haven’t done so for years.”

Meanwhile, Kate along with Charlotte and Louis, watched from the sidelines as father and son played together.
