Kate Upton sparked concern after she asked her social media followers for advice about a cryptic scenario involving a “drunk and high” dad who seemingly put his child in harm’s way.
The Sports Illustrated supermodel, 32, began in a post shared via her Instagram Story Friday, “Truly asking … lawyers/judges/advocates/law enforcement/ parents.”
Upton then described a situation, in which a “dad,” who is “recently out of rehab,” is traveling alone with his 10-year-old daughter.

7 “He gets drunk and high on pills, saying he has a gun on him, and threatens to SHOOT the taxi driver if he does NOT drop them off on the highway at midnight to walk home,” she added.
“Thankfully, the taxi driver refuses and would rather be shot than drop the little girl off on the highway.”
The “Other Woman” star concluded her mysterious post by asking, “Is this an emergency? A crime? Would you be scared for your child?” alongside a comment box for “feedback.”
