Former Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn and his wife, Andrea Hissom, have snapped up a $12.9 million West Palm Beach mansion, sources exclusively tell Page Six.
The Florida home was on the market from mega-Trump fund-raisers Bill White and Bryan Eure.
We previously reported that “Cheers” star Kelsey Grammer had also been eyeing the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property with “open-concept living and dining, complemented by an expansive heated pool, integrated hot tub, and beautifully landscaped patio,” according to a listing.
The listing also said: “With no road between the home and your private dock, enjoy uninterrupted views from The Breakers to Mar-A-Lago, with stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Intracoastal and walk or bike to popular dining destinations.”
A source said that Wynn, “plans for his stepsons Alex and Nick Hissom to redevelop the property with its own dock and views of Mar-a-Lago into a one of a kind Palm Beach manse.”
According to Realtor.com, “many nearby waterfront homesites [are] being developed into estates valued at over $30 million.”
Page Six has previously reported there’s been a “Trump bump” in Palm Beach real estate.
Top broker Margit Brandt told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo last month that “even in the last week since the election, we’ve seen $100 million in properties go pending, and we just put another $25 million in pending.”
When reached for comment on the sale, White — who’d just found out who the buyers were — said: “Steve Wynn is the quintessential American success story — and to hear that he and Andrea are the buyers is truly fantastic. We wish Steve and Andrea and her amazing sons great success.”
