Taylor Swift perfectly shakes off mid-concert malfunction at Eras Tour Indianapolis

She knows how to shake it off.

Taylor Swift handled a technical malfunction like a pro on night one of her Eras Tour in Indianapolis Friday.

In video obtained by Page Six, a stagehand was seen helping the pop superstar remove a battery pack that was attached to her waist after it seemingly went out during her performance of “Lavender Haze.”

Swift, 34, smiled despite the technical difficulties and did not appear thrown off whatsoever, as she continued singing the lyrics to the 2002 song while holding onto her earpiece.

When the mishap ended, the “Shake It Off” singer giddily hopped around onstage as fans cheered her on.

Swift performed to a sold-out audience at Lucas Oil Stadium for the first of back-to-back shows this weekend in Indianapolis.

The “Karma” songstress hit the stage shortly after Joe Hogsett, the mayor of Indianapolis, declared Nov. 1-3, 2024 as ”Taylor Swift Weekend.”

“In honor of the upcoming three nights of Taylor Swift’s #ErasTour at @LucasOilStadium and the expected nine-figure economic impact it will bring to our city, I’m pleased to proclaim the first weekend of November, 2024 as ‘Taylor Swift Weekend’ in the City of Indianapolis,” Hogsett wrote via X last week.

He also shared a photo of the official proclamation letter from the “office of the mayor.”

Swift is fresh off her Eras Tour shows in New Orleans last week where she was joined by some of her famous friends, including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

The “Deadpool & Wolverine” star gushed about his experience at the pop star’s show via Instagram on Thursday, telling his followers he would “still be talking about seeing” Swift’s Louisiana show for years to come.

“Not just because it’s one of the best things I’ve seen/heard/felt. And not only because you see the staggering and positive economic impact this tour has on small businesses all over NOLA — a town that’s been thru so much for so long,” he explained in a lengthy caption.

“The main reason I’ll never forget this show is because it brings people together in so many ways. And in 2024, (where that feeling is scarce as hell) it’s a special and incredibly rare thing,” he continued.

“I don’t understand the unimaginable work, care, talent and discipline @taylorswift generates to create an experience like this because I’m not a scientist. It’s an athletic event and a collective cultural phenomenon. It’s gigantic but intimate.”

Reynolds concluded his message by stating that the “only bummer” is Swift not being able to be in the audience herself — to experience the incredible show she puts on for fans.

“To watch herself up there is something I wish she could know,” he stated. “But that isn’t physically possible and even if it were, you can’t just get tickets last minute.”
